These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Nebulorb Finance LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Nebulorb,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal place of business at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #35114, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States.
By accessing or using the website located at nebulorb.com (the “Site”) and any related services, applications, tools, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Nebulorb provides an educational trading platform that offers market analysis tools, charting features, audio alerts, educational content, and related software tools (including TradingView indicators). The Services are designed to support users in their understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
The Services do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at contact@nebulorb.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Nebulorb does not store your full payment card details.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Nebulorb Finance LLC.
Certain products may be offered as one-time purchases. These purchases are final and non-refundable. Access to such products is granted upon successful payment and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
All content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Services are the exclusive property of Nebulorb Finance LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
By submitting any content to the Services (including TradingView usernames, feedback, or communications), you grant Nebulorb Finance LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Services.

Nebulorb is an educational platform. None of the content, tools, indicators, alerts, or analysis provided through the Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Past performance, whether simulated or actual, is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed or displayed on the platform.
The use of leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Market conditions can change rapidly due to economic, political, or technical events, leading to extreme price movements.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Nebulorb Finance LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the Services.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payments), MetaAPI (market data), TradingView (charting and indicators), and Binance (cryptocurrency data). Nebulorb is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. NEBULORB FINANCE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY MARKET DATA OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEBULORB FINANCE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO NEBULORB FINANCE LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nebulorb Finance LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered in Casper, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nebulorb Finance LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nebulorb Finance LLC regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
